PM'S direct involvement towards fighting crime will ensure success, says minister
Now, we all know that people in the parliament and ministers tend to say things that doesn't makes sense. The problem is, they do it by thinking that we, the people will stomach it whole i.e. we are stupid enough to believe it.
Involvement and commitment here actually means "we're not gonna do anything". It's not like the PM is gonna make rounds everyday "directly" or so tell off some mat rempits by saying "Boy, u rempit, i PM sama u tau...". And even if he directly does that, do you actually think the criminal will give a shit about the PM? Hellllll no. Most probably they gonna rob him.
Also, I find that this phrase is retarded:-
“He is willing to take charge and offers his leadership, so if we encounter any bottleneck we can ask him to help,” he told reporters when met outside the Prime Minister’s Office here yesterday.
What help that the PM is gonna give? Is he gonna go down to the street and catch the criminals with his bare hands? I don't think so. What leadership? He's gonna take charge on road blocks? Be a leader on drug raids? The only help that I know that he has given is only under these circumstances:-
Another phrase that I find is stupid is this:-
“What we want to do now is to seriously go down to the ground and identify where these crimes are taking place. Then we will decide how best to tackle the problem in the nearest future.
So you are saying that previously, you are not "seriously" doing your job? Until now the cops still don't know where are the "hot" areas where crime are taking place? Why decide in the nearest future? Why not now? I thought the motto was "People First Performance NOW (Not within One Week)
Sometimes it just occurs to me that the Newspapers are writing things for the sake of filling in the daily columns and not "real" news.
And another thing:-
Meanwhile, in PETALING JAYA, Deputy Education Minister Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi said new posts for super teachers and super principals would be created in an effort to motivate educators to work harder to achieve the target of providing greater access to quality education to the people.
Move away Superman, cause now we're gonna have Super Teachers and Super Principals to save the Day... I mean to motivate educators. (WTF?)
